Every day we, as consumers, are subjected to the most shocking service, which is sad, especially as most people take bad service for granted. However, I have shopped at your new store in Hillcrest on numerous occasions, and I actually cannot wait to go back. Why? Because your staff are helpful, friendly, polite, make me feel welcome, and cannot do enough to be of assistance. Your store is clean, and even your trolleys are in tip-top condition, which is more than I can say for large retail chains. They should send their managers to your store to take lessons from you and your staff on how to get it right. I cannot tell you what a welcome difference it makes in my life. 10/10 to you and all your staff!
