I have been into this store on 3 occasions to purchase tile adhesive. You need to pay for the goods and collect it in their yard at the back. On all three occasions I have been charged for the wrong product. I therefore have to go back into the store and get a credit and then wait for them to correct their mistake. I am sick of this store not been able to train their staff or have the correct prices. Their store manage does not know the difference between self levelling compound and tile adhesive. He seriously needs to be fired. Honestly how hard it it to train your staff, I am sick of your pathetic service in your store.
