I bought a bed at Lewis stores in Viljoenskroon on the 01/08/2013 and before the end of October it was already damaged. I went to the store on the 5th November and was assisted by the lady called Bianca. She promised that they will send an evaluator with-in 2 weeks but no one has came to assess or even called me to update me on what was happening. This is very bad customer service and not accetable. I need them to replace this bed or refund me.
