I bought some clothes for my sister, she wanted 2 try on the jeans but was told that the shop is about 2 close so it won't be possible. How can you deny a paying customer access 2 a fitting room???

The jeans were tight so we had 2 go back and swap them 4 something else as there was no bigger size on that design. After 15mins of waiting 2 get a service as only 1 till was operational i got assisted by this extremely rude lady. The jean i had got initially was R320 and the stuff i got was R390, what i fail to understand is why i was charged a R100 difference instead of R70 unless if you guys charge a fee 4 returning things (i have slips for Proof).

After she was done she just moved away from the till and i had 2 pack the clothes myself. Having been a customer with u guys i am extremely disappointed with the service i got. If this is the kind of service that you offer, i'll rather take my money elsewhere where i'll be treated like a customer that i am.

If you bother looking into this the employee no's for these 2 are 9302948 and 2000113. I have 2 instalments remaining on my acc so if i don't hear from you i'll assume you don't need me as a client any more.
