I got bad customer service from eastgate ackermans.i went to toddlers department and i took 3-piece for my Son. Before i even took the clothes to the till i realised thant instead of the clothes being 3 piece there is actually an Extra pair of pants in the hanger. i asked the lady who was busy moving the stands if the extra pants are supposed to be there. she just removed the pants and she also told me that both pants are not supposed to be in the 3-piece and then she continued to do what she was doing. the top and jersey hanged on the clothes was 18 - 24 months and the pants were 12-18 months. and i had to go through all the 3 piece clothes that was there in order to get 18 - 24 pants. when i finally went to the tills i was told that the price on the 3 piece was not correct. the 3 piece had R69.00 red sticker on but at the tills the pricewas R99.00. and she was called and she didnt even care that she put the wrong price. she took the hanger and hanged those clothes again while i wait. and at last i eneded up leaving the 3-piece because the proice was wrong and i wasted so much time looking for those clothes. i wasted so much Time and im utterly disgusted with the service i got.
