This incident occurred at the beginning of the year (feb) at the time I contacted yde head office to complain but received no response. During my work lunch time I went to pay my account. I tried on some clothes. Their was no one at the change rooms and after I had tried on no one to give the clothes too. So I went to the one lady at the till and asked her where I could put the clothes. She rudely told me I was to hang them up myself. If this is customer policy at yde you should have a sign up at the change rooms. I worked at urban degree and would never dream of telling any customer to hang up their own clothes. Staff are VERY rude at the sandton branch.
