YOU NEVER WIN AT GAME

I visited Menlyn and Kolonade GAME this year a few times. I am a regular customer but funny that I always tend to walk out the first few minutes.

The attitude and service coming from the staff is poor and rude.
There is no one to be found for help with info on items and when the poor lost soul is found in a rather large store, the help is pathetic and SO much of a trouble, as if they don't get paid or understand good customer manners.

And after a year of waiting for game to respond via a item worth 4500Zar, it's obvious they don't care. Luckily I bought the item on special at Makro.

Ive got a game credit card and also once again the service is so bad so far. Luckily I can and did use it at Dion Wire.
