It is not surprising to see the large majority of comments on this website about Game are complaints.
It is usual for them to be 'out of stock ' on electrical items and i have lost count of the number of times the only item in stock is the Demo model on the shelf. As a result i no longer go to Game for ANY electrical appliances.
Latest saga: item (a pool lounger) advertised in their newspaper flyer last week. Went there the next day and on enquiring received a grumpy 'we dont have them' (that's another thing - their generally surly attitude!). On complaining to Management : 'fill in this form, we will phone you when they come in'.
Its now 9 days and still waiting for that call.
Places like Makro, Hirsch and Hi-Fi Corp put Game to shame!!
