I bout a universal charger on teh 25th november.they said it was find I can return if its not working on the 27th I returned the charger as it was not charging my labtop.they refuse to refund me.tehy claim the terms and conditions are writtin on the reciept but its not true as they gave me a manuel reciept. I have since left the charger there
