Still waiting for refund after 3 weeks

I brought a blackberry charger in May, it worked for one night, and asked my younger brother to return it. and was given another charger which also worked for one night, In then took my charger back on Sunday 02 June left it with Thabo, who told me he couldn't help me, as Dulile sold me the charger, and i asked Thabo what if dulile had died, what would have happened, regardless I left the charger and receipt and was told that Dulile will call me on Monday to assist, Monday went past with no word from the supplier. On Tuesday i called and asked what was the progress, surprising nothing was done. I was then asked to send my banking detail as my refund would be processed. On Friday 07 June i personally went in store to check, and again nothing was processed. Dulile and her manager process information and said refund will take 7 days to clear. its 26 june and no refund, no call back, nothing!!!
