I took in my universal charger to this woman named Nicky who was suppose to send it in for repairs. This was a month ago. She told me it would take 2 weeks and when I went after the two weeks she hadn't even send it in for repairs yet. I have gone there like 5 times since that day and everytime she has a story. And I constantly have to wait for her to come talk to me because everytime I get there she is on a smoke break. The last time I went there she didn't even have the decency to come out and talk to me. She sent a message to the girl standing at the front counter saying that she must tell me she will fetch all the repairs on Wednesday. She never even took my nember to let me know when it's there and I have to walk all the way to the store every single time to check. I had to give my number to the girl at the counter to give me a call once my charger is there. It's Friday today and I still don't have my charger. It's been more then a month since I took it to her after she promised I would get it in 2 weeks. And she hasn't apologised to me once for the delay which is caused by her because she is too lazy to do her job. I just want to know if I will be getting my charger back.
