Bad Account Management

Hi i have been with foschni since 2010, i was made redundant in 2011 also activity took place on my account i have fax through all the necessary documents and still have not receive a response. I have been unemployed and going through financial difficulty, advise foschni that i am unable to commit to a payment arrangement. My mum who is a widow has receive many threating phone calls about my account and has even taken her Grant money to make payment. My balance at the time was 7000 due to it increased to 10 000.I made payments of about -R6000 money that i have lended by family members. My account is currently standing at R9000.This is pathetic i tried everything to ensure i pay my debt. I have spoken to the consultants in store as well as agents even mangers regarding my situation. Nobody has assisted me yet they only demand money, refuse to listen show no empathy or sympathy and the latest that i received is they will garnish my salary i am working on a contract basis and receive very little money how do they expect to survive its not like I just refuse to pay, its affecting my life so bad i currently going through depression. Hard done in Foschni client.
