I purchased an air bed online, i provided the correct information with regard to my address cell number etc, it has been a month since the purchase and delivery was still not made when i contacted the support team with the email address provided on the site. I was sent a proof of delivery, this proof of delivery has no address on it or personal information of mine no cell number. Just some other persons signature. It is clear that there was negligence and i did not even receive an apology!!! i am so upset and i wasted R339 to not even receive a refund. i will never shop with this brand ever again!!!
