I was sent an email to confirm the delivery address to Bianca Solomons, twice. Every time a promise is made that "As soon as we receive this information we will arrange that your product is delivered to your new address".

Twice now I have confirmed the address and there the correspondence stops. I get no response from them, not even to tell me that the address was received and the package will be delivered.

I expected better service and I am very disgusted.
