To Whom It May concern, i am very unhappy with the way edcon conducts itself, i have been with the group for quite sometime but i think its time i raise my concerns, i just received an sms from transunion to tell me i have been listed by edcon as a slow payer, this is not the 1st time edcon does this..i contacted the call centre as the sms says i must contact them, apparently i owe them money which i am aware of, its the 20th of june and i have been billed for june already and a short payment from last month, i have been harrased by sms's, phonecallls even at night which i am not really happy about... i pay my accounts month ends like any other person, why must they phone me in the middle of the month to tell me to come pay my account because because my account is in arrears for 2 months, do you guys look at the history of your accounts? clearly not", because if you had looked surely you would have picked it up that i have been paying it month to month... a simple short payment from last month makes me a criminal now? really...
i am not impressed at all..
