Identity
Account paid up in full but has balance owing

I paid up my identity account in full on the 28/05/2013 at Sandton City to date i am still getting calls that my account has outstanding balance

I have not received any paid up letter even when i have request for it a number of time

I find this very horrible as now my name is listed on ITC with a balance that i have paid up already
I require answers on this as i have proof of payment with me
