Asked for settlement letter and hav not received it since last month and called on 29 july for another settlement but nothing. Now I am getting calls and smses threatening to list me on IT and says they wil black list me. The consultants are rude and do not know customer service. I just want my settlement letter and get done with identity as they torture and abuse their customers. The lawyers who are handling account refered me to get settlement from them so they must do their job.
