MBD has not been help full at any time i have settled my account on 11 July 2013 and till this date they have not updated my information they have sent me from pillar to post and also said they will escalate buy that didn't't happen i demanded my name cleared because it was the consultants fault (website is outdated as well) with the settlement total, i advised i'm not interested in an explanation i want this removed immediately, I tried calling Fikile Gabela and i couldn't get through to her, Identity advised that they never recieved the full amount from MBD, this account should be written off and i want my settlement letter and thats it.
