Bad customer service

My wife purchased a BB 9720 on Friday the 6th of December. She reported the same day when they got at home that the back cover of the phone was missing. The manager refused to either replace the phone and give another cover. I am extremely bust I don't have time for such unscrupulous business/attitude. Really, what must I my son do with a cover as they are accusing him of either losing and taking it!!! I want to return the phone get a full refund and purchase another at a reputable shop if they can't fix this. Also, the phone is not working properly either!!! This is just not acceptable in this age of competitive business and client service! NB, my friend also had a nasty run in with the same manager when a playstation game could not be replaced within in 1 day! I'm not sure why they are still operating as a business outlet?
