I ordered my online items last week and are yet to receive them. I have tried to contact MRP via their email system, but have sent out 6 emails which have not been responded to. The other day I ordered a bunch of items from MRP Home online, only to find that my duvet did not arrive. I HAD TO CALL THEM to find out why and they stated that they had no stock. No mention / explanation was given to me. I am still waiting on my delivery from the apparel store. No response from the help desk and these are supposed to be Xmas presents. Needless to say, I am utterly disgusted!
