5 Months incorrect billing no valuation certific

I have been waiting 5 months since August 2013 for the Valuation certificate on a ring I purchased, as well as waiting 5 months for to correct the term of credit from 12 months to 24 months. I agreed on a 24 month repayment option, but a 12 month application was approved. Myself and the East London branch manager have placed requests into customer service every month many times a month, but still on a 12 month contract and no valuation certificate. Terrible service! I wish I never bought this ring!
