My husband bought me a white gold and diamond ring for my 30th birthday in march. 2 weeks ago one of the little diamonds fell out. I went to the store and the Olga said its fine just bring in the diamond certificate and they will replace the ring. I could not find the slip or the certificate. Estelle called me to say I could come in today and get a new ring. I am so greatful for your kindness and amazing service. All together we have spent R9k in 2 months with American Swiss and I will continue supporting them.
