No valuation certificate

I bought an Anchor Gold chain CH4945A180 over the weekend from NWJ - The Grove mall - Pretoria.

Due to system problems, the store could not assist with a valuation/insurance certificate.

After a few requests and e-mails I still don't have a sales docket and valuation certificate

Really pathetic service.
