I purchased a 9ct Gold wedding ring from American Swiss (A.S) at the Pavillion, Durban - Apr' 12
3 Months later 1 of the diamonds came off!
We took it to A.S Centurion Mall, Lindi the helpful manager arranged repair at no cost
We collected the ring in a few wks
Within a month, the ring had turned a bronze colour
Back to A.S Cent. Mall where it was taken & sent for polishing
We collected the ring in a few wks
Within another month this ring had turned bronze again - Dec 2012
Back to A.S Cent. Mall, we gave the ring back & were told it will be sent to quality control.
A few wks later we were asked to come in & take another ring/voucher.
By this stage I wanted my money back but was told that the store did not have cash to give me.
So we took a new ring which was adjusted for size.
2 Wks from receiving the new ring It turned colour again.
Back to A.S Cent. Mall to return it.
The manager was helpful but another sales lady passed a remark 'These complainers again! ' which she thought I didnt hear.
A.S now have the ring and havent advised the exact problem.
I've been to the store -10times! I feel that A.S owe me more than the value of the ring by now! When will it end!!!
