Bad Attitude and Overpricing

I bought 2 bags of groceries and the total was R656.70. The following day as I cleaned out my handbag I found the till slip and as I tossed it into the bin, I noticed that I had been charged R250.17 for a small pack of 2 pork schnitzels. I drove back to PnP and asked to speak to the manager, who was blase and during my conversation, walked off to answer a phone and talk to another customer. I asked for the package to be scanned and it said R34, so I asked whether it was a to charge me R216 more. I was refunded my money, less the R34. I was unhappy about the manager's rudeness and lack of accountability, so lodged query on PnP website. 4 days later I was contacted by Fezeka who asked to meet with me. The meeting was cancelled and rescheduled but was also cancelled an hour before hand. I phoned call centre but was told there was nobody to take my call as nobody was working that day on customer care. I spoke to a investigator who said someone would call me back. A manager called me, but I was dealing with a vomiting child and he promised to call me back, but has not done so. This total lack of customer care shocked me and still leaves me wondering if it is a
