No cancellation

In the month of May 2013, called in for total amount to pay it up and cancel contract to go onto pre-paid. i was given the amount whereby i have asked if that is the correct amount and full total and it was confirmed.
Amount was paid as advised, called in to cancel and move onto pre-paid. I was then told that that was not the full amount and that i still have to pay my monthly installment for the duration of the contract which i refused due to the confirmation received for full payment. it was disputed and could nt come to an agreement, i asked to speak to manager and was told no manager was around. iasked to be called back and was not called back. we in the month of November 2013, money was deducted. called customer i was told contract was not cancelled and was offered an upgrade. i have been on the phone for over an hour and have spoken to 5 or 6 people who refuse to assist. and the last call when i asked to speak to a manager i was told i cant because they are going to explain the same thing and the call was just cancelled.
