I purchased a 6 pack PNP BRANDED yogurt last week with an expiry date of 14/02/2013. The batch was fine until yesterday, when I noticed 2 of the pack was swollen. My 3yr old son had eaten 3 of the pack already. I asked my mom to return it to the PnP HOWARD CENTRE store as the expiry date hadn't passed. I, however, didn't retain my slip - Who keeps a yogurt slip that expires in 3 weeks of purchase?? When she arrived at the store 2 x female assistants asked her where the other 4 yogurts were & why she didn't have a slip. They called for RAEES (manager) to handle the 'situation'. Is there no policy? He then fetched another 6 pack, BROKE OFF 2 (FOR THE 2 BEING RETURNED) & PUT THE OTHER 4 FROM THAT PACK WITH THE 2 XSPOILED YOGURTS and threw it in a bag!! WOW! So instead of giving the 6 pack to the customer, if for NOTHING ELSE JUST THE INCONVENIENCE OF IT ALL, he rather threw it with the spoilt batch!!! THAT'S NOT ALL - THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO PUT THE 2 PATHETIC YOGURTS IN A BAG/PACKET!! MY MOTHER WENT TO A COUNTER & ASKED FOR 1 OF THOSE SEE-THRU ONES SO THAT SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO WALK WITH 2 YOGURTS IN HER HAND! IS THIS PnP SERVICE?
