No trollies or baskets available when you get there, terrible selection of meat - almost zero selection of chicken. After not finding everything I wanted, I got to the till where I was met by the most unfriendly member of staff, who threw my groceries about as she scanned them and rudely instructed me to pack my own bags - as though it was my fault for shopping there. I had to stuff my groceries into the bags because she only gave me two. I asked to speak to the manager, the request was met with a sigh, the manager never arrived and I was told to go to the office (and I'm assuming I was expected to leave all my groceries lying around there). I left the shop with two heavy overfilled bags in one hand and a box of 30 eggs balancing on the other when the handle snapped and my wallet landed on the floor as i scrambled not to drop the groceries. No one helped me, no one cared, and I still had to go somewhere else to buy chicken. What a disgusting experience. Only incompetent fools run a store this way. Also, the complaint page online doesn't work, and it takes about 10 minutes for customer care to answer the phone..a phonecall which you must pay for.
