I visited the Sandton Store on the 28th of Sept in the chance of exchanging a pair of shoe for a bigger size, I was assisted by Tsepo in the mens shoe dept, who informed me they were out of stock, so i enquired which other store will have the same size, He came back to say Clear Water. Since i work in Sandton, i requested that Clear water send it to Sandton and when it arrives to let me know. He said it will take a month, so I then decided to take something else instead, with the brand sale discount in store, i took a Levi takkie and went down to customer service, only to be told that this Levi is not on sale as it it not an Edgars product, and the others are. Truthfully i was standing in Edgars. So naturally i went back to my first option of waiting for the shoe, back at mens dept, i was told Tsepo was on lunch and asked Mershack for assistance, his service was unbelievably shocking, you could tell immediately that he was not keen to assist with my request as when i mention my intentions, he said it will take months for the shoe to arrive, i gave him my details and as expected still awaiting a reply as to when i will expect it, chances are NEVER...
