I"M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN EDGARS IN GENERAL!

I have been looking for a pair of Women's Puma Sneakers (finally found a pair I actually like), but could not find my size. So I tried Edgars' Online Shopping, after a few queries I finally got a response and was told that the online shopping was offline, but they are working on it and it will only be working again this week.
So Friday I went to Edgars Active in Secunda, found what I was looking for, but not my size, went to customer service to ask if they could please order my size, where I was told that they do not do customer order, I have to go to the Edgars store and they should order it for me.
I went back to the Edgars store, where I spoke to Vusi, he was very polite and helpful, but told me that Edgars Active was suppose to do the order seeing as they already have the stock and all the information, but he assisted me anyway.
That afternoon I phoned Fashion Hotline to find out about my order and to order something else as well, I was told that they are not taking any orders at the moment because of a back log orders, which is also the reason why the shop online is not working.
I love Edgars and shop there a lot, but this is pathethic!! And I STILL don't have my shoes!! :(
