I went to Edgars Menlyn and saw a pair of shoes in the Aldo section of the store that I found interest in. I asked the consultant in the shoe department (Conrad) if they had my size in the specific shoe and he gladly took the shoe and went to the store room, or at least so I thought. I waited for 20 minutes for him to come back and to my disappointment I see him, 20 minutes later, walking about in the store, busy with something else. He then realised I saw him and shouts "no size" and continued with whatever it is he was now busy with. He didn't even have the shoe in hand which to me didn't even give any confidence to say I was being assisted. So disappointing.
