Shocking service from Edgars

I receive the Edgars magazine (for which I might add I pay an additional amount each month ) - on receiving this I saw a T-shirt with the American flag across the front (the strips on the one side and stars on the other) and immediately phoned Edgars Clearwater - they informed me they had nothing in stock. I asked if they could perhaps check which branches had the T-shirt as I required 2 in a size 12 as a gift for my grand daughters - they informed me that it could not be done. I then contacted the Edgars Fashion Hotline by e-mail and received a reply from a Mr. Roro with a reference number to say that I would be contacted - this was also sms'd to me - This was on 22 August - I have phoned the Fashion Hotline each and every day and many times have spoken to Refilwe who advised me that the items were at Eastgate Branch and she would call me back - no call - ( the same conversation was carried out several times and each time I was advised that I would be called back - nothing) I then spoke to someone who would not give me his name as he said I might not get him the next time I called - he advised that the items were at Westgate but had to be taken to head office - No reponse
