Send jewelry for repairs and in both cases came back looking worse than when I send it for the repair. When I asked if this is acceptable I was told that wasn't but still I was supposed to just pay for it. When I complained about the service I was told that I just 'moan'. Who does that to a customer. I will never go there ever again.
