I have complained numerous times, wrote bad reviews on HP with the hope that someone at CHECKERS will hear me! Their management don't care, the complaints department can't seem to get the information to someone that can FIX THE PROBLEM! And a manager calling me, telling me they are sorry and that they are working on the problem, DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM! You are lying anyway because nothing changed! What don't you understand Checkers? Put the CORRECT price up on EVERY item you want to sell!!!
I don't want to run around trying to find out what an item cost. Neither do I want to pay more than what you quoted on the price. Checkers take more money from their clients than what they quote on the price. What happens to the poor client who does not realize you overcharged them? You take their money? Next time I am going to the Police, That is what Checkers will do if someone try to from them... This happens way to often!
I am sick of complaining about this and hope someone higher up (Head office) who actually cares will do something.
