Complaint ignored

My previous complaint was ignored by Checkers (apart from a generic copy and paste reply).

It obviously reflects how little you care about customer service. Don't worry about it though, as we now shop at your biggest competitor down the road (PickNPay) where the car guards don't harass us and "help themselves" to our groceries
