Can someone from Head Office please contact me urgently. As I am blocking all payments, until someone comes and finishes the work that already has been deducted from my account (because of a "new system error").
I can not get hold of any one that did the sale. This is my second complaint about the same thing in 2 months.
Help would be appreciated, as I will be taking this further. I've had enough of all your mistakes, and is unacceptable service
