I purchased a set of 8 dining chairs from the Rochester clearance sale as well as some occasional chairs in June 2013. Half the dining chairs were delivered in black wood and the other half in mahogany red. Then the occasional chair was delivered in September but due to the poor delivery packing, the leg was broken and had to be taken back. The chairs that were sent to replace the red mahogany were also red mahogany?! I cant understand how a simple process can be messed up over and over again??? It is now 5 months later and I am still trying to get Timothy at Rochester to rectify his error. I have made dozens of calls and left countless messages. He will not take my calls or return my messages. This is Pathetic customer service even after several customers were referred to him & who bought goods. I will certainly not be referring anyone else!
