I am very disappointed in Pampers I had faulty nappy's and called in December. I was told I will receive vouchers and still don't have them even after phoning 5 times after that. I have another faulty nappy but I know it useless to complain as you will not do anything about it!! and complained on the facebook page and was told someone will call me asap this was on the 26 February at 19:34 and guess what... no getting back to me too!!!
