Incorrect item delivered, no feedback

[URL Removed] had a pre-order bonus on a pc game (Battlefield 4). If you pre-order you get the Limited Edition which includes the first expansion. I pre-ordered in June, and the game was only released in November, and it says on my invoice that I ordered the Day 1 Limited Edition. However the game I received was the Standard Edition. I only realised this when everyone else was showing game activity in the expansion (assignment unlocks, etc) and my profile wasn't showing anything. My only option now is to buy the Premium membership which I can't really afford. I've phoned and told I'll be contacted again, and I've mailed 3 times with no response.

I've always been impressed with Kalahari's service and prices, but this is a real let down.
