Today as usual. i walked into the shoprite to do my shopping. I wanted some grated cheese which I am used to seeing on the freeze shelf. But I was rudely told by some lady who works on the 11:22am shift that there is no cheese. No eye contact, total disregard. I do not know her name. However her colleague Jeannette was brilliant. She smiled and apologized and kindly stated that there would be no cheese today.
Her colleague was indeed very rude. My son had an ice cream cone in his hand. He is two. So when the ice cream was finished I went to an assistant named Tholakele and kindly asked her if there was a dustbin where I could throw away the cone... She smiled and stated to me that I could not have the cone thrown away because it was not bought at shoprite. I showed her all my groceries to indicate that I was still buying at the store.
However she refused. As I walked away she then came back and took the cone. Reminding me that she WAS DOING ME A FAVOR! I live in Yeoville and support you guys often... If you do not wish for me to shop there anymore then please let me know. because the treatment you give your loyal customers is DISGUSTING... As usual.
