I phoned into their Customer Service line to enquire on the process of retrieving my store credit. I was instructed by MASI JABO to attach the e-mail in the coupon tab as they will need the reference number. I explained to him that I have the e-mail on my phone and I am currently on their website from my office computer. He said that this will be a problem as I will need to ATTACH the e-mail to this tab. So after doing this my discount was NOT allocated so I phoned back to enquire. Luckily or rather UNluckily for me I got the same gentleman to which THIS TIME he explained the process totally different and basically implied Im an. Great pity as I love ZANDO's products just a pity their staff are very disrespectful and NOT helpful at all!!!
