I'm extremely disappointed with the service from Zando, It's been 5 days and I still have not received my goods which I have paid for. I was dealing with Renzel via e-mail on 11 Dec 2013 and was not satisfied with the reasons given of the delay. I have now phoned the call centre and spoke to Natalie on 13 Dec 2013 and have cancelled my order as no delivery will be made. I was told that the funds will take up to 5 days to reflect on my account. The courier service that Zando is using is totally unreliable and pathetic as they update calls on their system that they have contacted the customer when they have not. This was the last time I place the order with Zando. I will continue to use other online stores which have delivered on time all the time.
