I Ordered some goods from Zando, and it arrived in 3days in perfect condition. However the shoes I ordered was not the correct colour. I sent an email to the customer services and got a response immediately. Although Zando does not exchange items, but rather refund them, Shalane assisted me in exchanging the shoes as they were not the right colour that I originally ordered. She was very helpful and friendly. I have managed to now exchange the shoes. The other products I ordered from Zando was in great condition and was exactly what I had ordered.
I will definitely buy from Zando iin the future, I love this website and their services.
