One week ago I had a meeting with one of your sales reps -Judy Joubert.
I explained to her the problem with my present printer and also the amount of work we do monthly and the amount of money we spend with current printer.
I was assured you can handle the printing for me and I even gave her samples and ordered a amount of 9000 booklets from her thinking I am sorted.
It has been a week later and so far I have not even heard from your company again or the Rep.
Today I phone your company to enquire about the owners e mail address.
The lady that answered (Elsie) did not even know the owners e mail address and I was put through to the accounts manager (Naomi) and was explained that she handles the e mails and the e mail will find its way to the owner (I hope).
I was given the same e mail address as the rep and seem the Company has only one e mail address?
So my e mail is going to limbo?
Sadly you lose me as potential client, because the question is do you know who represents you and mi cannot even contact the manager or owner directly and complain?
Pity!!
