I purchased an external hard drive from Pick n Pay on the 13 November 2012. The hard drive stopped working and was returned to Pick n Pay on the 11 November 2013. The electronic section told me that the problem would be sorted out in a week. I returned after a week and they had no news for me and nothing was done. I was told to come back in another week which I did and again, noting. I went again today after a month from handing it in and I was told to come back in a couple of hours as the lady is on her lunch break. I would have excepted that request but due to the disgusting behaviour of the various staff, that's where a draw line. I want my credit not by the eend of this week and compensation for my time, effort and petrol used driving up and down to pick n pay. Also teach staff how to greet customers with a smile.
