I purchased a tv at PIck 'n Pay as it was the only place that offered a 3 year warranty. Recently the tv stopped working so I returned it in order for it to be repair. I was first told that Pick 'n Pay would not repair it as they did not give 3 year warranties and only gave 1 year warranties. Upon showing them that I did indeed have a 3 year warranty I was then told that they were in dispute with Samsung to repair the tv. This is the 5th week that I do not have my tv. I am tired of all the excuses I have been given. This is unacceptable.
