On the 30/12/2013 I purchased a "HD media Centre" to my amazement when I arrived home the remote was in Chinese and it did not pick up a 1TB hard drive. So being the festive season and all I returned the "HD media Player" on the 2/01/2014 (well inside my 7 day guarantee. They then gave me another one which looked slightly more impressive. this again did not pick up the 1TB hard drive. I then took it back on the 8/01/2014. They did not get back to me regarding the status of the media centre. when I phoned I was told "headoffice is busy with it" again I waited two days, I then phoned them and told them they may keep the "wonderful piece of equipment" and I would like my money back. They issued me a credit on the 11/01//2014, reassuring me my money would be in my account in 2 days and it is now day 4 and nothing. USELESS I tell you. absolutely disappointed in the service or well the lack there of!!!
