I won a book in the Foschini Balanced Life magazine's August 2013 competition. I phoned their customer service centre a few times. I finally spoke to a lady in their marketing department who said that they had some publishing problem about the hard/soft cover issue and that they are still waiting on stock. Makes me wonder how long one will wait for a bigger prize eg a television set. I'm very disappointed that I have not heard from this marketing lady to date. Foschini needs to update their staff's people skills. Keep your clients in the loop by informing them of any unforeseen delays. We understand that things are sometimes beyond one's control.
