I took in my canon camera lens to get repaired, which was still under guarantee. The first time I took it in to makro, they kept it for a few weeks, when they eventually called me to collect it, but nothing had been done on the lens and it still had the same problem!! We took it in for a second time, its been another couple of weeks now, we phoned them only to hear that the supplier is still waiting for spare parts etc. We have had to phone makro so many times, only to hear that they will be sending their driver tomorrow (heard that too many times) to collect our lens, and constant excuses. Very bad service, and very frustrating having to keep phoning them to get updates and driving all the way out there just because they cannot get their jobs done properly the first time.
