Bought a bed and specified a delivery time and date as I work full time. Took the afternoon off to make sure I could open my house for delivery which was promised between 1pm and 4pm. It is now 7pm and I am still awaiting delivery. I had to follow up with dial a bed to find out where delivery van was. Not willing to help. Rather gave me the drivers number to resolve myself. Driver was never given a time to deliver.
